As the founder of Disgen, Rod brings together decades of experience in business management, sales and marketing, systems and strategy. He also has extensive experience in corporate governance, finance and accounting. During his 20 years working across the financial services industry, he has specialised in financial product development, marketing and distribution, mergers and acquisitions. Rod lives in Perth and is passionately engaged in supporting his family, friendships, business and community.

Nick Jerrat | IT Engineer

M.Eng, B.Eng

As an computer systems engineer, Nick brings 20 years of experience helping businesses build technology, software and web solutions. He began his career as a researcher at Curtin University, designing solar-powered systems for remote area deployment. Since that time, he has worked with hundreds of innovative businesses, helping to design their technology systems. He also has extensive business experience, having managed his own firm and design team for over 13 years. Based in Perth, Nick enjoys competitive laser tag, eating plant-based, and all things tech-startup related.

Fabio Cavilli | Construction Supervisor/Business Development

BEng CPEng MIEAust

In addition to being Disgen’s Construction Supervisor, Fabio is responsible for business development, with a principal focus on construction work.

Fabio brings over 35 years experience in heavy industry engineering and company management to the Disgen team. His experience ranges from the Tom Price Mt Newman expansion, to the Resource sectors of today’s RPGS, and includes Oil and Gas projects such as the expansion of Varanus Island, and the Roc Oil onshore facilities. He provides our installations with detailed project management input, client support and guidance.

Fabio holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, is a Chartered Professional Engineer and is a member of the Institute of Engineers, Australia.
