During his 20 years working across the financial services industry, he has specialised in financial product development, marketing and distribution, mergers and acquisitions. Rod lives in Perth and is passionately engaged in supporting his family, friendships, business and community.

Marcus has worked for 23 years in the finance sector with roles involving strategy, technical and financial advice. For the last 13 years he has established and run a successful financial advice business specialising in providing advice to business owners, high net worth individuals and private family groups.

Jim Dartnall | Consultant

Jim has extensive business management and development experience with over 25 years in the Automotive Service industry. Most recently he enjoyed two years working as General Manager for a Lift/Elevator company. Jim believes deeply in building strong, long-lasting relationships in business that are beneficial to both parties. He has a passion for good food, wine and travel, and enjoys any time he has the opportunity to share those experiences with family and friends. As a husband and father of two, he has a keen interest in the future of our planet and what is being done to ensure its survival for future generations.

Carolina Cardona | Accounts Manager

Carolina is the accounts manager at Disgen. Her expertise in data analytics enable her to optimize solar energy production, enhancing operational efficiency and sustainability. Through predictive modeling, she forecasts trends and operational challenges, allowing Disgen to proactively address issues and seize opportunities in solar resource utilization. Carolina’s ability to prepare detailed economic and data analysis reports ensures all stakeholders are well-informed about the financial and operational status. Her proficiency in project controls and methodologies ensures cost-effectiveness, schedule adherence, and risk mitigation.

In her spare time, Carolina enjoys spending time with her family. She prides herself on her attention to detail and obsession with quality.

Matt Kerridge | Solar Installation Manager

Electrician/ SunLux Solar Director

Matt is the Director of Sunlux Solar and brings extensive experience and expertise in the renewable energy sector. With a deep commitment to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, he has helped thousands of clients transition to solar energy. His leadership ensures that every installation adheres to the highest safety standards and delivers maximum performance.

Outside of his professional commitments, Matt is passionate about hiking, finding inspiration in the great outdoors.

Neil Kerridge | Solar Installer

Electrician

Neil is is responsible for the coordination, and execution of solar panel installation projects. His responsibilities include resource allocation, scheduling, quality assurance, and troubleshooting. Neil ensures that installation projects are completed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Outside of work, Neil enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. Whether it’s a weekend barbecue or a game night, he values these moments of connection.

Kade Steegstra | Solar Installer

Electrician

In this role, he is responsible for the physical installation of solar panels and related equipment at client sites. His duties include assessing installation sites, mounting solar panels, connecting electrical components, and ensuring the proper functioning of installed systems. Kade plays a crucial role in implementing clean and sustainable energy solutions for clients.
